Kazakhstan Kagazy offers development services for industrial sites at the Peak Industrial Park. The park (579 hectares) is conveniently located close to Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city with a population of about 2,000,000 people. The park is in an attractive industrial area at the crossroads of the major routes TRACECA¹ and BAKAD². The railroad connecting Almaty and Astana runs near by and is linked to the key rail stations of  Almaty-I and Almaty-II.

In designing the Park the Group drew on the worldwide experience of development of similar projects involving  well known international companies such as Agiplan and Jones Lang LaSalle. Its PEAK TLC project now has a strong track record of success and the company invites local and foreign companies to develop new industrial and business sites at PEAK Park.
