The Group is pleased to announce the restructuring process of one of the bond loan by alterations and additions in the prospectus of the second bond issue 2008 (NIN KZ2C0Y05D117) approved on  25th of February 2011 by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Markets and Financial Organizations.

The indicated alterations and additions stipulate extension of the bond maturity to 2028, change of the nominal coupon rate and inclusion certain restrictive covenants. 

Hereby the Group expresses its gratitude to the bondholders of NIN KZ2C0Y05D117
agreed the restructuring and for trust and submitted possibility to continue the work of the Group directed to fulfillment of financial obligations of the Group.

Group also shows appreciation to external consultants Unicorn IFC and SPA for the work which is done for debt restructuring of the bonds NIN KZ2C0Y05D117.
