Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC, a member of Kazakhstan Kagazy Group, has made several issuances of short and long term bonds in the local capital market. Bonds have been admitted for trading in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).

In 2009 Kazakhstan Kagazy JSC defaulted on its bond and other debt obligations. Immediately afterwards, the company began to restructure its debt obligations.

As a result of restructuring, the company’s bonds were readmitted for trading in KASE in April 2011.
