Prior to joining Kazakhstan Kagazy, Ms. Bagitova was Senior SQE & Compliance Advisor of Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company NV, which is the operator of North Caspian project on behalf of a consortium made of seven international oil companies: Total, Eni, KazMunayGas, ExxonMobil, Shell, ConocoPhillips and INPEX.
From 2000-2005, she held senior positions at the law firms and international oil service companies.
Ms. Bagitova holds an International Law degree from the Kazakh State Law Academy.
